The hotel offers a stunning appearance and luxurious touches, though there were several issues during my stay that detracted from the experience. While the staff was kind and attentive, there were moments of chaos and disorganization that made things less pleasant. Overall, it’s a lovely setting but could benefit from better attention to detail.

The facilities are superb, especially the well-kept pool and gym. However, I could see some room for improvement in the gym's equipment. Overall, it was a delightful experience that felt like a home away from home, with just a few minor tweaks needed to elevate the experience even further.
